Terms of Service

Flowcarousel lets you design, generate, export, and (where enabled) publish social media carousels and related content. Features depend on your plan and may include AI generation, cloud projects, branding tools, downloads, and Instagram publishing.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout (including applicable taxes where stated).
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Duitku). Chargebacks or payment failures may suspend premium features.
• Usage limits (projects, downloads, AI generations, Instagram publish, etc.) apply as described on your plan.
• Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may expire at the end of the billing period; renew via the pricing or profile pages.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law
• Use Instagram or other integrations in ways that violate Meta’s or other platform policies

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (including AI processing and publishing you request).

You represent that you have the rights needed for any materials you upload or publish.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or commercial use. AI providers may process prompts and related inputs under their terms.

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Supabase, OpenAI, Duitku, Meta/Instagram, hosting providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

The Service software, branding, and design (excluding your content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted through normal use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use paid features ends; we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
